About Your Deductible, Copays and Coinsurance

The change to the Anthem network does not affect your PPO plan benefits, including your deductible, copays and coinsurance. The amount you paid toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum was carried over when the change to the Anthem network took place.

However, your deductible, copays and coinsurance will increase to out-of-network amounts if your provider is not in the Anthem PPO network. See: Is Your Provider in the Anthem Network? to check.
